Please remember that plants are living organisms and each specimen is naturally unique. Differences in size, shape, colour, variegation, leaf condition and growth pattern may occur and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Photographs are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible, but colours may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, withdraw products or discontinue products at any time.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.
Payment must be completed successfully before an order can be processed and dispatched.
📦 Orders
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

🌿 Live Plants & Plant Care
Plants are living and naturally sensitive to transportation and changes in their environment.
Some temporary signs of shipping stress can occur following delivery, including drooping, minor cosmetic damage or loss of an older leaf.
After successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing appropriate care and growing conditions, including suitable watering, temperature, humidity and light.
We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by inappropriate care, unsuitable growing conditions, physical damage after delivery or other circumstances occurring after the plant has been received.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, not as described or otherwise does not meet requirements imposed by applicable consumer law.
🔄 Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Because certain products we sell may be living or perishable goods, cancellation and return rights may differ depending on the nature and condition of the product.
If a plant or another product arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- your order number
- clear photos or videos of the product
- photographs of the packaging, where relevant
- a brief description of the problem
We may request this information so that we can investigate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
Any request that customers contact us within a particular timeframe does not affect their statutory rights under UK consumer law.
